i stated working out in junior high school.i was into martial art since i was like 6yrs old so i decide to take on another hobby:) i was off and on about working out then i just decided to get serious about it:)
Why I Love It:
I love the adrenaline and the way i look when i workout and i like to be around positive people when they help correct me on something i did wrong.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated from my Loving Wife Summy and my 2 BEAUTIFUL kids because life is hard so i do this for my family:)

Hey everyone on 3-26-2009 i had head pain again i just started my 1st workout 1st set inlince dumbbell press started with 90lbs thne on my 4th rep my head started to pound like crazy. I had eaten all my course meal and maid sure i had lots of fluid in my system. I was not on any MHP xpel...

Was up Frankie!?! You have a Happy Halloween? I wish I could do just P90. I do the plyometrics & Yoga videos only. I cant get a pullup bar b/c my doorways/closets in my apartment wont support one,sucks.So im limited to the excercises with P90X. P90X is so intense but awesome!! Its all good, I hit the gym hard on Fri night and Sat day to make up for the two days I lost last week b/c of the rain. Hope your week is going well :)
