Make new gains i reach my off season weight of 220lb but i would for that to be more muscle so new goal is 230lb

Background
i stated working out in junior high school.i was into martial art since i was like 6yrs old so i decide to take on another hobby:) i was off and on about working out then i just decided to get serious about it:)
I love the adrenaline and the way i look when i workout and i like to be around positive people when they help correct me on something i did wrong in an doutside the gym. Stay positive has been keeping my mind clear so i know i can achieve anyhting if i set my mind to it.

Today was a quick legs workout 3 workouts 4sets of hams and 3workouts of quads leg extension 4sets 30reps supersets lying ham curls 4sets 20 reps legs press 3 warms ups 20reps workset 7x15-20 reps 20plats last set smith squats 4sets 20 reps roman deadlifts 3 sets 4x15 reps my workout partner got stuck at work so we was pressed for time 1hr 10mins but we mad due. My legs are on fire but its a growing process tomorrow back and biceps.

Today is leg day my partner had to cancel me. It is no big deal i will make him suffer next time lol. So i am going to start with some hamstrings 4workouts 4-5set and 15-50 reps 2second squeeze and then on to quads 2-4 set 20-40reps 2second squeeze. it going to be a brutal day.
