GunMetalGrey88 sadly my body is getting stronger but my body has stayed the same weight i just feel bad my heart pressure is becoming a issue not goodtime

  • Have you talked with a doctor to figure out what course you can do to work on your weight loss safely? Workout slowly and run a calorie deficit on your needs. I had blood pressure issues and can relate to what your going through. Pm me anytime . I was 310 when started this and 6'5. Let me know if can help

GunMetalGrey88 Ate badly yesterday but I kicked my ass running 8 miles and pumping iron on the machines I feel a pump in my arms and I like it

ktothewire Even at home you can do crunches, push ups, no breaks! I know your not going to the gym but find a work out at your house. Who do you want to be?! 10 push ups, 50 crunches..
