Hey, I'm strugglin getting the weight down. Been stuck at 225 for 2 weeks! Have tried switching things up this week to see if I can get it going again. I also have a USAPL Meet this weekend in Princeton.

I control my diet by setting my watch/phone alarm for every 2 hours and eating when it goes off (whether I'm hungry or not). Each meal is approx 3-400 kcals and it various of compostion (P/C/F) dependent upon the time of day. Hope this helps.

No the avi is from the day of the show. I've taken two sets of progress pics so far (2 weeks) apart, and they show some definite change. I'll post them this week (hopefully).
