How I Started:
I got started because I was working with some friends in a summer job who were both fit athletes, and they really inspired me to get my ass into gear.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because it releases serotonin, which makes me feel happy. Not only that but I fit into tighter clothes, look better than I have in a long time, and feel better than I ever have.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated because of activities that I want to do like MMA and Parkour.

Goal (Long):
all of my life I have been overweight, when I entered college I had an active lifestyle, but a busy one that included lots of drinking and fast food...then I entered into the obese stage of my life. Now I am graduated and looking to become a machine. I have taken an interest in Parkour and an old college friend got me interest in MMA and Muay Thai. I want to become fluid, ripped, and a mean son of a bitch with my bare hands. My goal is under 12% body fat, and under 170 lbs (which I think for my height I am supposed to be well under that?).

-protein shake prior to workout
-protein shake post workout
-oatmeal for post post workout meal
-south beach diet high protein meal bar for snack

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
25 reps, 4-5 sets. I do this because I am trying to build muscle endurance rather than muscle mass.

How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
1 minute, because a friend once told me that waiting longer than that does not give you the proper muscle building benefit, so to keep it between 30 seconds and 1 minute
