5-6 meals per day
-protein shake prior to workout
-protein shake post workout
-oatmeal for post post workout meal
-south beach diet high protein meal bar for snack
-ham or turkey sandwich on high protein wheat bread for lunch/dinner
-fruit or a vegetable for final snack
100+ oz of water mixed in throughout the day5-6 meals per day

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
25 reps, 4-5 sets. I do this because I am trying to build muscle endurance rather than muscle mass.

How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
1 minute, because a friend once told me that waiting longer than that does not give you the proper muscle building benefit, so to keep it between 30 seconds and 1 minute
