I've always found fit women interesting as I watched body building competitions.
My coworker Tanasha introduced me to P90X & bb.com (^-^)
Lately, I've decided to try and transform my body into the best shape it could be.
Why I Love It:
P90X is the perfect fit for this newb. I can see/feel the change as the definition starts to show \(^o^)/
Sometimes, I hate it, but I LOVE iT
because I get awfully mad @ myself if I miss my work-out.
When I know that I've pushed myself to meet my fitness goals, I feel awesome both mentally and physically.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking at successful pictures esp of the ladies more than half my age that have had kids, reading bb.com blogs, P90X threads, and remembering my lifetime goals.
iLL take anything that'll get me moving!
BB Accomplishments:
Today is day 32, and so far I've lost 23 lbs ^^. woohoo
This was supposed to be a great day for making it on the dean's list and receiving top scholarship. I couldn't find any clothes to fit me!
Literally, went to Wally's [waLmart] to buy emergency black shorts and fuschia top.
When I sat down, the buttons from my shirt popped open (ยด??*) "
How awfu ...
My fat pinchy is sLowly going away & the loppy sided isn't as visible as the first day's.
There's still some softy to grab, but I can definiteLy feeL my mus-kLes!
I'm sure my posture is improving as I lose more weight.
It's too soon for day 60 pics, but I just wanted to motivate myseLf further.

My fitness goals: healthy BF max 24%, stronger core, stamina, & feeling good inside and outside o^______^o.
Goal (Long):
Currently, I am a girl with a HUGE gut.
One day, I shall be the girl with guns! Actually, I just want for my underwear to stop rolling down >___< every time I sit.
My goal is to grow healthy in body, mind, and spirit.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 30 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
24%

My GI exam for nursing school is this coming Monday. So far, I just read 68pg and I am beginning to understand my problem with losing weight. Like many, I was plagued w/ "I'm already fat, who cares," as Steph previously printed, syndrome My book says that lack of motivation is a HUGE barrier...
OMG-yes! I had a man who would not go away and insisted that I was doing Good ights wrong. Never mind that I lowered my weight, tighted my core, isolated my hamstrings and glutes. I told him, with a smile--I got this! I am sore today--so I know those are a keeper!
YOU should be SO proud of those progress pictures! You are quite literally working your butt off! Looking GOOD, girl. And I can definitely appreciate your story--let go of 'dead weight' and the weight starts coming off. Take care!
