When I Started:
How I Started:
I started lifting weights when I was about 13 yrs old because I have always had a thin build. I have been off and on ever since, but had my best run and physique while in college from 98-03. During that time I went from 125 to 190 at my heaviest, all while staying in the 9-11% bodyfat range. I had a few injuries over the past few years which prevented me from training and gave me an excuse to stay away from weights. I am back now though with a renewed sense of motivation and determination.
Why I Love It:
I enjoy the feeling of being in shape, healthy, and physically fit/strong. I love to see my body change, which I have seen in all sorts of ways over the years.
How I Stay Motivated:
Staying in shape and strong is a necessity in my field of work. I also am competitive and am always trying to push myself.
BB Accomplishments:
Too many to list now.... That is my problem, I need to settle on one at a time. I am in too many directions currently.. From more size to better endurance, to functional strength.

Goals:
Main Goal:
Gain Muscle
Goal (Overall):
To gain lean muscle mass. I definitely eant to gain weight, but most of all I want to become a stronger, faster, and gain better overall conditioning for my MMA and Grappling.
Goal (Long):
To get back in the gym 4-5 times a week on a regular basis. To develop a strength and conditioning program that will help me develop better muscle size, strength, and endurance. I am looking not only to change my appearance but also better my conditioning for my training in MMA. I would ultimately like to weigh around 195 lbs at about 7% bodyfat. However, if reaching that target weight means sacrificing athletic ability I will settle for less of a weight gain. My days of dreaming of being the biggest guy in the gym are gone, reality has set in and my body is not made for that. I want to be healthy, definitely bigger than I am am now, but also strong and most importantly well conditioned.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 20 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
7%

I am looking for any advice, ideas, or suggestions that are offered.  I have always been in shape and never had any problem with the actual physical part of working out out.  My problem has always been with the dieting and nutrition aspect.  I have a good idea on how to eat properly but...
