I want to be as muscular and strong as I was in the summer of 2004.
Goal (Long):
When I was locked up, my bench-press was increasing an average of 11 pounds a month. That was with a maximum of one hour a day in the gym and eating the crappy food from the dietary. I started lifting because it broke up the monotony. After I started noticing gains in muscle and strength, my motivation skyrocketed. After I was released, I went back home where I would have had to pay to go to a gym. In which case, I stopped lifting and eventually lost all motivation to lift. I'm not in the marine corps and have a gym readily available to me. Only problem is I'm embarrassed with myself for not being in the shape I was in back in 2004. I want my size, strength, and confident back. I want the ability to bench-press 350lbs and 17.5" arms again.
