How I Started:
Got tired of being skinny!
Started seriously when I was about 18, at home with a couple of 15Lbs dumbbells and no supplements at all
I did a simple full body split that I found on the internet 3 times a week for about 3 months at which point I gained 15 solid pounds of muscle, I kept working out after that for a total of a year but havnt seen any gains other than the starting ones
After that ive quit all together and neglected my diet dropping down 9 pounds
And here I am back after 2 years determined to overcome my genetics at all costs!
Why I Love It:
The challange of beating inferior genetics.
The great feeling you get after a workout.
Peoples reactions.
And of course seeing your strength and size increase is simply awesome.
How I Stay Motivated:
Saying to myself thers no way in hell im going back to being skinny because im not a quitter!
And thinking about how great I will feel when I achieve my dream body.
BB Accomplishments:
Gaining 30 Lbs total from bodybuilding while staying at a similar bodyfat level

Goal (Long):
I started out 106 Lbs, Now I am 133, My ultimate goal is to be 162 Lbs at a cut 8-10% body fat and to be significantlly stronger than I am now, Its hard to say when ill reach my weight goal since im kind of skeptic about gaining alot of muscle considering my past experience but ill try really hard!
I hope to gain around 20 pounds by the end of the year and increase my repping

What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
He isn't really a celebrity but my target body is the same as Sean Nalewanyj, I think i'll have a body similar to his when I get to that size

Have you ever had a lifting injury?
Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
I've injured my front deltoid during a set of incline dumbbell presses, this was about 2 months into lifting and I didn't perform general or exercise specific warm-ups back then.
after that I basically waited it out, It took about 3 weeks for the injury to pass though I've still felt it for a while after; specifically in shoulder presses I've injured my front deltoid during a set of incline dumbbell presses, this was about 2 months into lifting and I didn't perform general or exercise specific warm-ups back then.
Ive tried only one other program type an A+B split 2 times a week, it seemed a little too taxing on hypertrophy workouts, so I found this basic each muscle once a week low volume high intesity workout and it seems to work pretty good so far.
