My goal is to be in shape and ready for competition.
Goal (Long):
2007 will be the year I go back to high performance, as 2006 was the year I worked towards getting to a good competition level.
I will start working towards lowering my competition numbers, in running the objective for 2007 will be to move from 10 km distance runs to 22 km distance runs, this change will imply as well a complete redesign of my diet as well, watch more carefully the complex sugars, as well as carbohydrates.
In Karate I will double my efforts to join the high performance team, this is especially hard as I will be facing the competition of my team-mates which are in the 20s.
In weight training, I will work towards gaining muscular mass, without loosing explosiveness, this is especially critical for both running competition as well as in Kumite.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 5 kg

What mistakes did you make when you first started working out?
Since we have a high level of testosterone, we start lifting every time heavier and less focus, we end hurting our joints and other tissues.
What is the one tip you would give somebody who is just getting started?
Focus, Focus, Focus, work hard, work smart.
Do you sometimes use joint health supplements?

Great control of speed and timing, excellent basic position. Kata is an excellent training to develop strength, Bunkai will show what is the Kata for.
