Why I like this video: Excellent Bunkai of Kata.
Great control of speed and timing, excellent basic position. Kata is an excellent training to develop strength, Bunkai will show what is the Kata for.
heian nidan bunkai
Played: 247
Why I like this video: I like kata maybe because I'm still learning and I'm not that good, this Bunkai is just very good, it show many step by step moves.
Warm-up: 15 Elliptical machine, inclined crunches, Leg raise, obliques,
Day 1:
Shoulders:
Military press: 3 x 8 dumbbells’
Superset Lateral elevation inclined: 3 x 8
Superset Back elevation: 3 x 8
EZ Military press: 3 x 8
Maybe you're talking about my elbow, but my shoulder has bothered me a bit lately. What I do for both though, is I make sure I warm up thoroughly with a 3-4 warm up sets usually on the tricep machinge. With shoulders I grap a light weight and rotate my arms both ways 15-20 x 2-3 and maybe some really light lateral raises to the front and sides to get the joints warmed up. haha Injuries are one of my biggest fears you know?
DAMN! lol. i did a 5k in my city and that kicked my ass. speaking of ass, the only way i made it through was because i was focused on a chick running in front of me haha. thats awesome man! u can do something that 99% of the population cant and u should be very proud! keep it up :)
Wuz up Frank!! Everything is good here man, can't complaint. My legs are super soar this weekend from Fridays leg workout's. Good luck in your race amigo, show them who you are.
Hey Frank, thanks for the feedback and comment, really appreciate it. How's the running coming along, I have slowed it due to winter and missing it. Might have to do a big run this week.
