How I Started:
Finally got fat enough and out of shape enough to tick me off! Saw a pic of myself without a shirt on and almost threw up my freshly eaten Christmas dinner right then and there. I was in the gym a week later and haven't stopped since.
Why I Love It:
It's one of the things in life that you can control. You get out of it exactly what you put into it, no excuses, nothing to hide behind. If you want it, you can do it IF you're willing to pay the dues.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing changes in my body, staying ahead of my son that works out with me (it's getting harder to do!), and seeing fear in the eyes of the wuss on the machine that I'm heading for. :D
BB Accomplishments:
I don't look like an old Jabba the Hut any more! :D

Nice GG, your looking lean in the lower back and the shoulders look great. Maybe you can pound the water and clear the seas so I can find my mask now.. HEHE
