HOW I STARTED:

Played sports as a kid, never stopped. Started weight training in college, seriously took it up about a year ago.

WHY I LOVE IT:

The one thing that i can be healthily addicted to lol. Plus, I can do it anywhere, and its awesome traveling, but still feeling at home when I'm in the gym or meeting other people who are really into fitness/diet as well.

Chest part 2

Went back after work today to hit chest again since didn't really feel like I got enuf of a pump this morning. Glad I did I'm sure ill b feelin some DOMS 2moro Bench press - 135x5, 185x5, 205x5, 215x4, 215x4, 135x15 Machine fly + dips - 4 sets each supersetted with 10 pushups

Bench Press - 135x8, 185x5, 205x5, 215x5, 215x5, 135x15 (getting strength back!!) Fly Machine - 70 lbs, high, medium, low (7 reps each)...2 rounds Incline Bench - 95lbs, 15 reps, 45lbs, 20 reps

07hudson Hey bro, been doing good. Glad 2 hear things are going well for you. Doing a lot better w/ my training since I've been able to workout a gym since I've been in town for school. Diet has been better...but I bought this game called L4D and sleeping sucks again lol. Football not so hot, never got the film I needed 4 a scholly so I doubt I'll play :( Jan 15, 2010 2:43pm

xxx_hockey Thanks man. I actually had the hardest time ever gaining mass, and I still do to some extent, but my gains started to take off once I stopped playing hockey and focused on bodybuilding. I ate roughly 4,000 calories a day, and smartly time my supplements. Dec 27, 2009 11:20am
