When I Started:
How I Started:
I was initially 6' 1", 190 pounds, and basically no muscle (all fat). Then I was so sick and tired of my flabby, fatty self that I joined the cross country team, played two years of soccer, and lost about 20 pounds. Then I got overly obsessive and began eating less and less (not quite anorexic) till I was down to about a meal and a half a day. When I finally stopped in March, I realized how skinny I was. and now here I am, 6' 1", 150 pounds, and still 18% body fat...looots of work to do.
Why I Love It:
I feel so much better about myself. A sense of accomplishment. Looking ahead.

Its been awhile how are u? I just put up progress pics (more up on 10/10) a new thread post and blog entry. my posture is way off because my legs are still weak and in the middle of rehab that will come in time . let me know what about my physique is coming along and what still needs work … etc This is 1 month in with getting most of my lifts and diet in hope to hear from you soon you can PM me or gmail me at doobzkhq@gmail if that is easier
