How I Started:
when I was in the 7th grade my P.E. teacher took us up to the wieghtroom for class one day and show'd us how to use the equiptment and told us that we would be lifting weights for the next few weeks. I was so excited i always wanted to be slim, trim, and buff like all those people you see on T.V.
Why I Love It:
I love to see my muscles growing and it becoming easier every time I go to the gym to lift a weight that used to be hard. It's the best to be stronger then all the other guys you know...haha
How I Stay Motivated:
I know that i have to keep at it if I want to keep growing, getting more fit and losing weight. Not much else to do in South Dakota either so not many distractions to boot!

When i was young i was overweight, i would look at all the other kids in my school and think about how much i just wanted to be skinny. But then we started lifting weights and i saw my body change and i decided i wanted more for myself than being skinny i wanted to be ripped.
