Bay High School Attended 1993 to 1997 Bay Village, Ohio United States
When I Started:
Aug, 2001
How I Started:
I'd always been in involved in athletics. Whether it was Baseball, Basketball or Golf. However, I really paid no mind to weights and weight training until my best friend from high school lost 80lbs due to working out and eating right. Then it caught my interest.
Why I Love It:
Staying active is the key. I love staying physically active.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing all the overweight people in my place of employment. Knowing I'll live longer if I work out and eat right.
Before I go into my main goal of this, I 'd like to say that there are some really GREAT people on BodySpace. If there are people that are willing to help you out and make suggestions, be sure to listen to them. Or if they blog about what they're doing in the gym or eating, try it. If it seems...
Yea, thanks for sending! Need to respond. I havent gotten to that email yet. Sucks everyone, well some people are in the same boat. Just have to remain positive! Hope your week is going well though!:)
I deleted the blog. People are going to think what they want, no matter how much you tell people otherwise. If its not a face pic or whatever, people think you are inviting it. thanks for responding though, and I have always found your comments etc tasteful :) (the blog wasnt even directed to bodyspace activity mainly)
You are so right when back pain just comes from no were and sorry to hear you have experienced similar. My last experience was about 5 yrs ago and this time round its not as bad as driving the right behaviours..still annoyed in any case! Cheers mate and making excellent progress yourself.
Thanks mate for the feedback. Have amped up weight training and scaled back fitness. Kinda missing running a bit. You are looking more defined in your June 25 pic- good work.
Sounds like you are kicking it the running stakes, well done. I have done alot of sprint and HIIT running the past few weeks and it feels great. Just been eating heaps more to safeguard the mass and seems to be working.
Wow thanks!! That's a big compliment :) Hopefully they keep getting better, well they will, training competition style now!! Your progress is lookin good!!
Great balance of weights and running. I was doing like 3 runs a week (7-10k's) and weight was falling off. Scaled back to 1 a week and managing to grow lean mass back. Diet is so key..sometimes just can't eat enough protein!
Cheers bro, still got to step it up. Hows your training coming along - looking more solid in last photo. How many runs would you do a week, I have scaled back to 1 for my current phase.
