I was tired of being the skinny kid without any muscle, so started working out to compete with my friends. When I began to see changes and improvement, I couldn't let it go.

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
I try to stick to 10 but sometimes i push to 12 and other times I'm hitting muscle failure at 8
How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
1 to 2 minutes max, gotta stay pumped the longer you wait the harder it is to do it again
Have you ever had a lifting injury?
