Rediscover my elusive six pack and reach a high level of fitness for the new year and next footy season.
Goal (Long):
Recovering from dislocated shoulder and get back into the full training program again.
I want to work hard and get my BF % down into the teens again and keep it there.
Would like to increase my muscle size and get some tone back.
Well done on your achievements Chad. With all you have been through you have definately inspired me to work harder. Great profile pic mate, one day I would like to get somewhere close to what you have accomplished.

Thanks again. There's no question you can get to whatever level you desire, slow but steady progress is the key. For me, I made sure after each of my kids that I took the extra weight off right away. I think the longer it's there, the harder it is to get rid of.
I have been training light ! I need to have a max out day and see where I'm at now compared to before !! Rest you know that's good for you !! Then go kill it again !!
