How I Started:
When i joined the Military everyone around me was into working out. There was no excuse with a gym being at every base. I sarted lifting and feeling good about my self. I was noticing gains instantly, i was hooked.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel good about myself. I love feeling healthy, in shape and getting compliments.

OH THANKS. I NEED TO WORK ON MY KNOWLEDGE THOUGH AND SEE HOW MUCH I CAN TRANSITION MY BODY BEFORE I THINK ABOUT DOING A COMPETITION. THAT TAKES A **** LOAD OF DEDICATION AND HARD WORK, AND A LOT OF TIME AT THE GYM. I WORK FULL TIME AND GO TO SCHOOL FULL TIME SO THAT TAKES A LOT OF TIME. WHAT KIND OF SURGERY?
