When I Started:
How I Started:
My dad
Why I Love It:
Mainly specialize in Hand,Wrist,Forearm training for extreme grip strength but I do train my whole body. I prefer body weight exercises such as PUSH UPS,CHINS/PULL UPS, and when I do use weights its usually my Hex dumbbell set (5 lb. - 75 lb. set). For my legs I use my Yukon ALP-150 vertical leg press- I cannot squat period,I have 7 bulging disc in my lower back and chronic pain in my sacrum, I'm lucky to workout at all. Most all of my exercises with weights are isolation movements with me either in a seated or lying position.
How I Stay Motivated:
Mostly reading stories of/or watching people who have extreme endurance, I'd rather see someone do 500 consecutive PUSH UPS than to see someone BENCH PRESS 500 lbs.
BB Accomplishments:
Dropping from 297 lbs. down to 225 lbs.
