This is the correct date, I was off a year at first!  I'm about 185 here, I'm slowly bulking to 195, as long as my bf% and definition stay acceptable to me. I've lost a few pounds, from working outside and a minor setback due to an injury.

I was taking MRI CE2 Hi-Def for a few weeks, I wanted to put on a little mass and increase my strength.  Unfortunately, it didn't seem to do much.  I did feel a little bit stronger, but it was so minor I couldn't be sure if it was from the supp. or if I was just pushing a bit harder.  Years...
