Seeing results keeps me motivated. I also love the physical and mental feeling you get after a hard workout. I set goals and work to achieve them. Once I do, I set new ones.

I was about 193 before I HAD to take 6 weeks off. I just finished my first week back at the gym. I'm 185 here! I'd like to put on 10lbs in the next 3 months, then cut for the summer.

I was taking MRI CE2 Hi-Def for a few weeks, I wanted to put on a little mass and increase my strength.  Unfortunately, it didn't seem to do much.  I did feel a little bit stronger, but it was so minor I couldn't be sure if it was from the supp. or if I was just pushing a bit harder.  Years...
