After HS I wanted to join the Marine Corps, I figured I better start working out!

How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing results keeps me motivated. I also love the physical and mental feeling you get after a hard workout. I set goals and work to achieve them. Once I do, I set new ones.

This is the correct date, I was off a year at first!
I'm about 185 here, I'm slowly bulking to 195, as long as my bf% and definition stay acceptable to me. I've lost a few pounds, from working outside and a minor setback due to an injury.
I was taking MRI CE2 Hi-Def for a few weeks, I wanted to put on a little mass and increase my strength. Unfortunately, it didn't seem to do much. I did feel a little bit stronger, but it was so minor I couldn't be sure if it was from the supp. or if I was just pushing a bit harder. Years...

Rob, you have made some an incredible transformation over the last couple of years. Awesome mass and defintion. Great abs, chest and arms too. Keep training hard. Its no secret you been in the gym a lot.
