I've been really skinny my entire life and my extremely fast metabolism has kept me at a very low body weight. I started lifting in the basement of my house on a low end bench system and my brother recommended I got a gym pass, so that's exactly what I did once i got to college. Ever since then I've never turned back.
Why I Love It:
Its the only thing thats allowed me to gain alot of weight, muscle, and self-confidence. And its a never ending battle, theres no limits on what you can gain.
How I Stay Motivated:
I constantly take body update pics and they help keep me motivated, and every time I step on the scale or check my pre-lifting pics I notice that change and stay motivated. Friends and music are a big help to, I have 3 or 4 friends to keep me lifting constantly, and music helps while lifting.
BB Accomplishments:
pre-lifting and just graduating from high school I was 5'7" and 120lbs and couldnt bench more than 100 lbs. A year and a half later Im 5'10" 150 lbs and have much more muscle mass.
Great new pics. Vascularity in your biceps is incredible.

Just a few words of encouragement. Whatever you are doing, it's working! Continue to workout hard, eat right, rest, be patient, and be consistent. You are on your way to a great physique and good luck in your goals. Never quit and Never give up, you will get there. Good luck.
Makin' headway to your goals, man. Seeing some definite mass added to you (at least from the latest progress pic). Get at those 15 lbs, dude! Don't settle for anything less.
Thanks! Nah I stay away from deadlifts too. I've tried em but idk if I'm doin them right. I do pull-ups, barbell rows, lawnmower pulls, seated row, and back flyes. I also hit my traps from different angles. I've def put a lot more size on my back doin this. What does ur back routine look like? TTYL
