Good luck with your goal. You can do it and this place can be a real help. Take one day at a time, best of luck.

You are the MAN! You are an inspiration to all of us "hardgainers" working hard to get jacked up. Keep it going man! -Griffin-

Thanks Andre. The journey is not over yet, but it's nice to hear that I am actually starting to transform. Again, you have perfect timing. I have had a slight struggle the last few days with the maintenance of this challenge. It is not easy balancing it all sometimes. I have panic attacks if I miss a meal or even think about missing a workout. I'll get there though and when I do, I will owe you a big Thank You. Your encouragment really has been helpful thus far. Stay healthy. -Griffin-

Thanks a lot for the pic rating. You are an inspiration. I have always been a big John Wayne, Clint Eastwood fan when it came to cowboys, but I'm not sure if those guys are men enough to carry your saddle. You look awesome, ride on..... -Griffin-

Thanks Andre for the comments. You really know how to keep people motivated. I was in the middle of an "I'm sick of hard boiled eggs and tuna fish" kind of night when I read your comments. Thank you. I hope everything is going well with you. -Griffin-

Wow, you look great. 3 BFL challenges, you are a freekin animal! I am only on the 24th day of my 1st BFL challenge, your results are an inspiration. Good luck with your competition, you'll do great. - Griffin-

Hey Sarah! Good job with the quitting smoking. I just quit recently myself. 3wks, 2days, 18hrs, and 52mins since I last had a puff (who's counting)! Just take it one day at a time. The biggest thing is talking yourself out of urges, you have to want it. Anyway, good luck with your six pack. Griffin

Wow, you sound like me. I also love the workouts and the way I feel, I just seem to lack solid consistency. I am also a BFL challenger, my start date was 01/14/08. 84 days is a long time, but we can do it. I can't wait to see your "after" photos. I think you look good in your "before" pics. Begin with the end in mind... Griffin
