Really inspiring changes for someone in my age group and somewhat similar starting point. Really what all skinny guys start working out hoping to one day look like!
I've been back in VA since Sunday night and using the kitchen at my old job to prep my niece's wedding cake. I must've changed enough to be immediately noticable to all the old friend's etc cuz I've gotten lots of "wow, what have you been eating?" and such. My best friend wanted...
Hey! Thanks for stopping by and the kind words. I really like Myofusion. I'm using the vanilla flavor and it taste great. I use it in my oatmeal as a sweetener. I can't say it taste better than BSN protein products, but it was a nice change for me. Keep me updated on your progress. Ricky
Nice steady progress, man. The transformation from the first pic is notable, and now you're 8lbs heavier than in the second pic! I've been reading your blong, and is very inspiring. Other's opinions shouldn't influence us so much, but isn't it sweet when people notices that we're bigger than before?
There was no set time to respond but thanks. I am not too sure what a calorie point test is, but I need to determine what my new caloric intake is. I know I am not getting enough calories in. I'm used to cutting - still not done, but I need to wrap my brain around bulking.
hey thanks man! yea man im always broke cuz i spend all my cash on groceries lol 3500-4000 cals. a day and i count every last calorie lol try www.calorieking.com for help if you want to try.

Right now I am doing a 5x5 routine that I read on bb.com. Heavy as I can, 3 days/week and 3 days of cardio. At present I am taking whey iso, creatine, bcaa. I haven't given any thought to weight gainers yet, but I noticed that you are using True-Mass. I was wondering if you have tried any others and how this 1 rates to those? Thanks and good luck to you.
