Well, I am glad to hear about your party. So, the season is over, whatever will you do? I am desperately trying to shed some pounds before next week. So, I have succombed to eating chicken AGAIN!!! Halloween was fun. Spent with daughter and Jon at her work. Very nice few hours together!! Have a fantastic rest of the week.

SOOOO, how did it go? Candy, well I had a couple of liquid candies!!! Only 2, headed to Miami in 8 days so I am working cardio very hard as I need to stay lean for the beach!!! Personal training conference so I should get plenty of work done. Plan on going to Little Havana for some authentic Cuban cuisine, snorkeling at Biscayne and oh, yeah, sunning on the beach!!! I hope the season ended well for you.

Happy Halloween to you to Brian. Lots of candy, not much eaten by me ;-) I missed Halloween this year though cause I had to work but good thing for pictures. Wow you have Saturdays off, the possibilities are endless with things to do :-)
