I know, the life...I get certified in kickboxing next month!! Kids made an awesome thanksgiving meal for the teachers and we are finished cleaning up after all that!!! 5 days, oh the fun I can have in 5 days. You have a fantastic thanksgiving weekend. xoxo

Hey Bryan...training is ok. I mean..I'm still training but just hit a plateau I think. Maybe I should take up rugby?? lol!! Holidays will pretty much be here which is fine with me.If you're working on you're diet then I'll work on mine! Have a great week..:)

Good luck with your gym work! Training is going great, I am learning to go really heavy, just 6-8 reps trying to build some muscle....fingers crossed!! Let me know how your muscle gaining goes!
