Day One
Chest / Shoulders / Triceps Workout
Warm-up (Stretching) 5 min.
Life Fitness Chest Press 3 X 12
Dumbbell Press 1 X 12, 1 X 10, 1 X 8
Dumbell Press Incline 3 X 12
Bench Press Incline 3 X 12
Pec Deck 1 X 12, 1 X 10, 1...
I feel like I took 5 steps backward yesterday, lol.. but it was all so yummy, especially the chocolate cake. I am so glad I don't keep that stuff around all the time.
Hey thank you!!! :) We already had our thanksgiving in Canada...see now I don't have ot worry about getting too fat before Christmas...nicely spaced out!! LOL!
I know, the life...I get certified in kickboxing next month!! Kids made an awesome thanksgiving meal for the teachers and we are finished cleaning up after all that!!! 5 days, oh the fun I can have in 5 days. You have a fantastic thanksgiving weekend. xoxo

Hey Bryan and thank you! Things are going well and although I do stray slightly, I never go crazy on the holidays so I should be ok. Plus, I just started a new workout program and I'm HOPING that makes a BIG difference! We shall see, I guess. Happy Thanksgiving to you and to your family :)

yeah I know the feeling - I hate that thing!!!! give me a bike or the elliptical any day! Well at least you have a goal to work towards - you next Rugby season!!!

Hey Bryan...training is ok. I mean..I'm still training but just hit a plateau I think. Maybe I should take up rugby?? lol!! Holidays will pretty much be here which is fine with me.If you're working on you're diet then I'll work on mine! Have a great week..:)
Good luck with your gym work! Training is going great, I am learning to go really heavy, just 6-8 reps trying to build some muscle....fingers crossed!! Let me know how your muscle gaining goes!
