How I Started:
I started working out as a way to manage my stress while on deployments but I started to really like it and now I cant stay out of the gym.
Why I Love It:
I love it because it keeps me in shape.
How I Stay Motivated:
My only motivation used to be the music that I listened to until recently when I saw Dexter Jackson working out at my gym after that day Ive been more focused than ever.
BB Accomplishments:
Benching 400lbs and breaking the 210lbs bodyweight mark.
So my week starts at 0500 today and even though I know I should be sleeping Im just so anxious.I have a new workout put together for legs and I cant wait to hit it up again.I can actually feel my body gaining the weigth as I go from workout to workout and I know the last remaining pounds lye in...
LMAO, you lucky man. 221 for 3 weeks. He he, well, go ahead and up. I thought I was about to be 220 today but well, I went to weigh myself. There was a fat naked man on there.
I decided it'd be best to wait until later.
How's the training been?
That can be a chore actually. For me, I've only been over 220 twice. The first time I was a fat ass. The second, well, keeping that size was just hard. I eventually fluctuated right back down to this 205-210 setpoint.
Good luck getting over that hump and what you figure out, let me know. I'm sure it involves EATING more.

I measured today. I'm finally at 26. Don't get me started on these calves though. HA HA
