Why I Love It: I know I'm worth the effort/time it takes to be in the best shape! And I know that my kids are worth enjoying a mom who has the health and energy to keep up with them for many years to come!
How I Stay Motivated: The Bible---I'm reminded to give everything I do my all (so long as my spiritual and famiy life is balanced)
My husband---He believes in me like no one else!
My job---I'm a personal trainer w/ a large senior population (they need a healthy trainer), to a few obese (I want to be healthy as a great example to them), and to many moms like me (who fight the battle to balance staying fit, keeping our careers successful, and our families happy).
I also remind myself almost daily that I'm worth the effort it takes to get to liking what I see in the mirror

getting there-133.5 lbs away for my anniversary; putting on some weight
This is me at my fittest so far, but I have gained about four pounds of not-so-lean weight since. I've got to shed this weight. I'm a personal trainer and have no troubles getting my clients on the right track. But I need some guidance and accountability too. I was headed on the right...
 
This is where I am now...increased bodyfat; primarily in the buttocks/hips/thighs. 137.5 lbs Starting over and not wanting to fall off the wagon again!

I'm still in decent shape, compared to my personal training clients.  I'm working hard with them to reach their goals, but I've lost the motivation to get moving on my own goals.  I'm sleeping crappy, my knees ache (having one scoped soon), my diet stinks, and my workouts suffer because...

We all have times when despite our best efforts we do not achieve what we set out to, and then those that have the desire and determination regroup and focus on the goal and give it everything they've got. It looks like you are one of those people and you deserve a lot of credit for regrouping and going after your goals with renewed vigor. Keep pushing yourself to be the best that you can be. You are making great progress.
