I know I'm worth the effort/time it takes to be in the best shape! And I know that my kids are worth enjoying a mom who has the health and energy to keep up with them for many years to come!
How I Stay Motivated:
Sometimes I don't, but when I'm focused on my Lord and Savior, it seems I'm a lot more focused. In addition to that, it helps when I am anting my kids to see a better example than I did growing up. Like a lot of people business and family can easily distract me. Some knee problems really slowed me down for a little while; thankfully, I finally had arthroscopy a couple of months ago and am on my way to recovery.
BB Accomplishments:
Not letting having five children be an excuse to let my body go.

This is me at my fittest so far, but I have gained about four pounds of not-so-lean weight since. I've got to shed this weight. I'm a personal trainer and have no troubles getting my clients on the right track. But I need some guidance and accountability too. I was headed on the right track here ...

We all have times when despite our best efforts we do not achieve what we set out to, and then those that have the desire and determination regroup and focus on the goal and give it everything they've got. It looks like you are one of those people and you deserve a lot of credit for regrouping and going after your goals with renewed vigor. Keep pushing yourself to be the best that you can be. You are making great progress.
