How I Started:
I got really serious about fitness a couple years ago, but struggled with my weight and body fat %. But I have wieght trained on and off since about 97. Within the last few months I have re-vamped my routines and diet and become more dedicated to the lifestyle change.
Why I Love It:
First and foremost to be healthy. It is also VERY condusive to my occupation. Functional strength and pyhsical endurance are the names of the game!
How I Stay Motivated:
By focusing on, and enjoying the moment. Nothing hurts forever, and the fruits of the labor are rewarding physically, and estetically.
To live longer with minimal health conditions. I have been tobacco free for 5 months and quit drinking almost a year ago. I want to keep both of those things up.
