Overall Goal: Back in the gym and gaining weight. I lost 30 pounds after I broke my leg but have gained about 15 back. So much thanks to Saredhabibi for training me and getting me back on the road to competing!

Did my first real leg workout today! Only body weight squats but it felt great! Put almost 15 pounds back on this week.

How I Started:
I played football so weightlifting was necessary, but it wasn't until I had career ending shoulder surgery that I moved more towards body building from sports related lifting.
Why I Love It:
Because it's the best way to live.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing everyone else's progression in the gym, as well as mine. And going to competitions and shows.

I've always been super scrawny. I started working at a gym and gained 20 pounds, but I'm not satisfied. i want to eventually get up to around 220.

I took the weekend off and went to the lake to spend the 4th of July weekend with some friends. They had a houseboat and two speedboats for wakeboarding and all that kind of stuff. I was having a blast and found out quickly I suck at wakeboarding. Unfortunately I think it was too early...
That is sweet man, both on the workouts and the Bible Study. I am teaching one too in the same format. Right now we are doing the book of Ephesians. Staying busy with work man, its been crazy! Lots of stuff going on. Workouts are good. Doing alot of cardio, trying to get my BF down and start from a lean frame and then go into a bulk...gotta start somewhere.
