PaulThePittbull Hi Greg i am going start your programe on monday. I was wondering if you can give some advice please. I train in mixed martial arts on mondays, wednesdays,thursdays and saturdays. On your programe it says to lift weights twice. Do i do both in morning training session or i just do one? what would you recomend thanks from Paul. Apr 16, 2013 9:22am
