srowdon Hey GregIsmael, I saw your post about recovery on the main board, and wanted to hit you up with a couple of suggestions that I use. I use a combination of Twinlab Amino Fuel Liquid and 4Ever Fit L-Glutamine. Taking both of these throughout that day has been a life save for me. Good luck buddy. Jan 7, 2011 5:24am
