Hi Sharon, did you judge last october. I don't remember seeing you on the panel. I have moved down from Brisbane and am training at Dohertys now so I might bump into you. When are you competing next?

Hey Mark, what sort of bike do you ride? I am on a Yamaha virago 1100 at the moment but want a triumph in the future.

How much suffering can you handle? I found that I could get down to about 6-8% body fat by eating super clean with weight training and light cardio. I didnt start to suffer until I tried to get down to 3-5%. Consistancy is the key. Do the whole weighed out 6 meals a day, lean meat rice and vegies thing. Take as many body measurements as possible tracking them from week to week then reduce your rice portions to continue fat loss.

All the guys are down to earth and very encouraging. There use to be a guy that was full of himself but he came dead last at the IFBB Queensland titles 2 years ago. All contest prep he was talking it up so it was too embarrassing for him to keep training there. Funny

What gym are you training at? Empire and Industry gyms are the main hardcore gyms down there. Archers was a awesome old school gym before it got burnt down. I train at Thors gym in Brisbane. Its got a awesome old school feel to it. The weights are so old they are in pounds and industrial fans are built into the walls.

How's your comp prep coming along? I did the IFBB Australian last year in the heavyweights and started getting ready for the Australasian this year but busted my elbow. I rekon I will let it heal, build a bit more mass and do the Australasian next year in the super heavyweights. All the best for this comp. Greg

Hey Paul, The main thing is to not rely on supplements. They are good for extra nutrition but should never be relied on as a replacement. If its possible to get in a whole food meal, eat it rather than a protein shake. Protein shakes, multi vitamins, Creatine, Glutamine, BCAA's, are all good but avoid all the other gymic crap. Focus on supplements that will enhance nutrition rather than so called "legal anabolics". Greg

Thanks Nicole I will be updating soon. I am 3 weeks into my competition preparation at the moment so I am getting back my size and shape. your looking fantastic as usual. Looking through your progress pics and saw the ab veins shot. Thats cool. That must have taken allot of pain and sacrifice to achieve.
