My goal every year is to come in bigger, leaner, with more muscle maturity but without sacrificing symmetry and proportion. If I do that I am happy no matter what the placing. That is what bodybuilding is all about for me.
I am aiming to get my pro card by the end of next year.
Why I like this video: The man who started it all. Arnold inspired me to take up bodybuilding.

Why I like this video: Rich Gaspari is my favorite bodybuilder of all time. I prefer the ripped to shreds look more than the mass freak look. He was also the first one to achieve that level of conditioning.

I recently competed in the IFBB QLD Championships and the IFBB Australian Championships. I came 2nd in the State Finals and 4th at the Nationals, competing in the heavy weight division. I must admit to being a little disappointed, not because I didn’t win a title, but because I looked better...
Thanks Greg, I'm only trying to get down to the 8% mark, so as of next week I will get back onto the dieting and cardio, I haven't been dieting for the last few weeks because I ran out of Whey powder and at the moment I don't have the money to buy any more chicken or beef or Whey so have just been eating whatever I'm being offered!!
I have been trying some of the different gym on the Coast. I went to Empire. Its a good training gym. I think I am getting too old because I like some of the things that are in the fitness centres like really good cardio equipment and saunas LOL
Hey mate, I will check to see if Archers is still open because I stay near by. I know of Empire and Industry. They are a few blocks from one another. At the moment I am going to a fitness gym because its near my work. I would like to go to a hardcore gym though.Your gym sounds amazing especially if there are a good group of guys there for training and motivation.
Hey mate, contest prep is going better now. I just moved to GC from Melbourne so I am just now getting settled in. Great gym scene here! I have finally gotten my nutrition and training going so I hope to be on track. Sorry to hear about your injury but you have good goals for later in the year. Keep up the good work !
Thanks Greg, was going to start the bulking phase in March but broke a toe today. Looks like I will have trouble doing cardio for a while so thought I might as well start the bulking phase a tad early
G'Day Greg, over winter trying my first ever serious bulking effort. I've worked out how many calories, carbs and protein I should be having. Do you have any advise in the way of supplements, thanks Paul
Hey Greg, Greg here also. Your contest prep shots look great; you got the package together really nicely. Good luck on your road to your pro card. Happy hulkin' holidays. Cheers.
