Have been as long as I can remember. It's become part of who I am.
Why I Love It:
Helps me be who I am. Destresses and relaxes me like nothing else can; while my mind relaxes... it helps me think and see what I normally don't. Oh, and it helps me feel and look good.
How I Stay Motivated:
It's part of my lifestyle and it's just what I do. ...and then the small gains cause me to want more and that energizes me to workout more, which create more gains. Other motivators - my workout buddies, music, and a visit to bodyspace!
