Started with a friend age 16, trained regularly for 2 years but stopped going as much. trained on and off and resumed proper training again in january 08
Why I Love It:
Adrenaline rush, visible gains, health.
How I Stay Motivated:
Found like minded people to train with which is the main reason i have kept motivated and trained hard

hey bro how are ya? I am good . I had to take time off to recuperate but I am back in the gym , treadmill and pool this week . still pushing for 8-10% bf and ripped!
I lift 4 days a week and right now cardio after my workouts, but soon cardio 7 days a week

Green one, thanks for the comments! I can never make up my mind whether I'm cutting or bulking. As a result, I accomplish neither! If I keep my carbs low, I lean out pretty quickly. Best of luck, my man. al
