At my heaviest weight 165lbs
Still trying to shed the tire around my middle... not sure what else to do but keep doing what I'm doing & allow time to take care of it. Other suggestions?
Clean up diet, lift heavy, sweat off the fat. 15lbs by December.
Goal (Long):
To lose body fat (goal 130-135lbs), slim from a size 10 to a size 4/6, & show the definition of all the hard work. Generally to feel comfortable & confident in my own skin. To have a healthy lifestyle established, even while in school these next 2 years.
So 2.5 weeks deep into my school/work schedule... & well everyday I get further & further from my goal in fitness.
Today I'm lacking energy. My eyes are very heavy & my mind is very slow. My major issues, in regards to training, is well all of it. I start my day at 7am, classes...

Girl, I've gained 10 lbs....I don't even know where to start right now. I've been bingeing like crazy half the time, and eating REALLY clean the other half the time. I'm realizing that I can't get away with half as much as I did when I was younger. now I just get fatter! yuck!
lol if only there was life of no work eh! atleast your still getting there:) i will be starting school in the new year...very nervous it cutts into the gym schedule haha!
Hey, that's good to hear! The Keto diet is pretty easy to follow. I also like it because I hate to cook, and I find that I can eat more, lose tons of weight and feel energetic doing so.
