How I Started:
I've had weight problems my whole life, and gone from 115lbs all the way to 165lbs. Until recently I was only successful in cutting weight but never building muscle, I want to get it right this time.
Why I Love It:
Endorphins!!!
How I Stay Motivated:
Get in a routine and take measurements weekly.
BB Accomplishments:
My upper body is showing major definition and I am much stronger than I was last year. I can actually access 20 good push ups where last year I could hardly do any. My fitness goals are centered mostly in Yoga, but I'm working to ad to those.
At my lightest since freshman year of highschool at 130lbs. Serious amounts of diet control, spinning, yoga and a trainer.

Same old story, I want to get in control of my weight it has been up and down the charts my whole life from 115lbs when I was a 16 yr old athlete, to 165lbs after 4 years of booze and pizza aka college. I want to be healthy, happy and positive (which for the most part I am!)
Aesthetically I'm not looking to compete or go to a lean 15% body fat (although I will route you on to that goal!) I do want 1 - Flat stomach and 2- lean arms (triceps). I have a small frame and any weight I put on looks twice that of a medium or large framed person and I realize that there is no way I can spot reduce this.
I haven't had a professional calipers done in a few years but I am guessing I am around 30% body fat at the moment and would like to get to 20% (about 125lbs.)
Encouragement & tips are appreciated!
