I've been in and out of the gym for about 4 years now. I've never taken it seriously and have never watched what I eat like I should. I'm tired of looking in the mirror and seeing the flab take over.
Meals: Had Cheerioes for breakfast, a "Steamables" Fiesta Chicken and Rice for lunch, post workout 20g of whey and 2 rice cakes for my carbs. Don't know if I'm doing this right but I guess I'll do this by trial and error.
You are doing great but if you really want to achieve your fitness goals possibly sooner than you thought possible I recommend you look into the 12 week Body for Life program. My wife (bodyspace: judimax) went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6 and I lost over 50 lbs going from 36 to 10% bodyfat in just 12 weeks with the BFL program. It is not easy and you will need to challenge yourself but I believe the results will be well worth the effort. Let us know if you would like more info.
