First started lifting when I played football in high-school, then pretty much stopped while in college.
Recently, realized I had to change my life around because I was slightly overweight, and my genetics suck, so since mid-November, been working out 4-6 times a week.
Why I Love It:
The results, feeling better about myself, the feedback from friends.

Just compare myself to how I looked even just 3 months ago.

A month after first getting serious. Before this picture the image was even worse, had no chest strength (could maybe do 115 lbs) or abs at all (was basically just pudgy), so this picture is after some initial results.

Hey dude, how is that green magnitude treating you? I use CL`s Purple Wraath which is great and thought about trying the green stuff. Right now I use Gaspari SuperPump250.
Read your blog too about setbacks. I totally know what you mean. You workout hard and try your best to stay right with the diet but sometimes you screw up. All you can do though, is keep pushing through. Good luck!
