How I Started: Meh... going running and working out with friends I guess, then I became interested in being the sexiest male on earth. lol
Why I Love It: It's fun, and it makes you feel really good(sexy also) when you're done for the day. You also get this huge pump, that just keeps you alive and awake all the time. I love having all the extra energy too!

Goal (Short): Most importantly, I want to be healthy, athletic and fit; and to maintain this style of life, for the rest of my life.
Goal (Long): Not sure, right now it's alot of cardio to rid some excess fat, and then some freeweight lifting for toning. After I lose most of the excess body fat, I will start lifting to gain a little muscle mass. I don't want to be a skinny twink. :P

Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Just tore too many erector spinae muscles, and had to be bedridden for a couple of days.

Overtraining or overestimating themsevles in what weight they can lift, then there's improper form.
