How I Started:
I was athletic growing up and involved in sports. I saw a fitness competition when I was 12 and I wanted a physique like those competitors. It's a huge goal I want to accomplish so any information and advice is MORE than welcome.
Why I Love It:
I love lifting heavy and not being afraid to put on some serious muscle. It's an energy boost for my day and very empowering.
How I Stay Motivated:
I use pictures of myself and pictures of my idols to help me push through my workouts and the way I eat. I also love getting inspiration from people on BB.com. It's extremely helpful.

Wake up and smell the roses and kick ass in the gym, yours and everybody else standing in your way and way of your goals and dreams!! Set a goal...Small, realistic one and follow it through...5 more lbs on certain lifts...5lb of fat down in 4 weeks...Running extra time or higher speed next time...One by one, it'll feel awesome accomplishing them and they all will lead you to the ultimate one at the end and prize that comes with it!!!!
So you can walk with your head down dragging your ass and feeling bad about it or you can run and punch and break through this stagnation and melancholy and come on the top with your head up, breathing with full lungs looking down at what you accomplished and rest of us unmotivated mortals.... It takes a lot of time to find good excuses, why not use that time instead to do something productive!!! I'll guide you all the way and talk to you as much as you need!!!!
WELL, why don't you start with Bday resolution and commit time every day to do something for yourself!!!! I better hear those calves are growing!!! DO something fun...Do cardio drills, punch the bag...Run the bleachers!!! DO more weight on some lifts than you ever did!!! I can yell at you all day long but it all comes down to you walking da walk!!!!
Breaks are good!!! Let your body get out of routine!!! Now hit it even harder and with more enthusiasm...I missed you and am glad you're back!!!! Keep in touch freak!!! :D

I'm excited fro you having a blastin workout!!! Way to go!! Challenge yourself every time you workout for it's only SURE way to grow!! They say "If you never reach beyond your grasp, you'll never know your true limits" I find that very motivating and ALWAYS push myself beyond!!!!!

I was thinking of you today in the gym and did it extra hard on calves...I had to add 45lb plate attached with pin to 600lb stack and still banged out 15 perfect reps!!!! Hope yours will grow a little too from all that intensity!! :p :p
I love heavy weights, even now that I'm dieting and am LOOOOW on carbs and calories I can't train light...Just doesn't feel right! Have a rockin day and keep in touch! :D

KILLED arms today!!! HAd problems with tendons till abt 2 weeks ago but it's all fixed now!! I did triceps two arm extension with 150lb dumbbell for 10 reps!!!! And preacher curls with EZ bar with 60lbs on each side of the bar for 8 good reps last set...
