How I Started:
I wrestled, and played football in High School. Had weightlifting for 6th Period every Year.
Why I Love It:
I love the personal achievement of bodybuilding. It helps me focus, relax, and think clearly. I love the pump. I want to go as far as I can and get huge as natural as possible just to see what my body can do. Ive been off and on for years, but now Ive gotten 100% focused on my food intake and training.

How does fitness help you with your condition? What do you have to do differently in your program since you have this condition?
Really seems to work better than before the injury.
Every now and then the nerve around my L5 disk pinches a bit.
