Benching has gone down, still having problems with my elbows? I weight train with only 135 lbs, but a bunch of sets.

Hey Grapplin ... things going great here. Looks like I am going to get put up here @ bodybuilding.com as a "transformation of the month" in the near future. I've got the weight off, now putting muscle back in its place is the project. Glad to hear your abs are getting where you want them. You ought to post some pics of that kind of stuff. Had a pretty good thanksgiving I guess, for being in Iraq. They Chow Hall fixed up a regular thanksgivin' lunch and dinner. So we didn't miss out on the food, LOL!!! I'm wokring all that off now, LOL!!

I was reading up on one of the articles on BB.com about doing 12 sets of each excercise. You do about 5-8 reps per set. I do about three exercise per muscle group. Might have to split up my days, cause I spending almost two hours in the gym, time I won't have when I get back to the states.
