Had a pretty good thanksgiving I guess, for being in Iraq. They Chow Hall fixed up a regular thanksgivin' lunch and dinner. So we didn't miss out on the food, LOL!!! I'm wokring all that off now, LOL!!

I was reading up on one of the articles on BB.com about doing 12 sets of each excercise. You do about 5-8 reps per set. I do about three exercise per muscle group. Might have to split up my days, cause I spending almost two hours in the gym, time I won't have when I get back to the states.
