Too many to talk about, LOL! If everything could be handed to you on a silver plater, then there would be no problem. Trail and Error is going to happen, read up on what work for some, just remember that everyone is different.

Yeah, cutting can do a lot fo damage to your progress, really gotta read up on what to eat and take to maintain gains.
