How I Started:
My dad won his very first bodybuilding competition and he showed me the ropes when I began wrestling in high school. I never really got into it until I was about 17 though.
Why I Love It:
Weight lifting gives me a sort of high. I am addicted. I want to be the biggest and the best.
How I Stay Motivated:
Just looking around at other people motivates me. I want to look the best and be the strongest.
BB Accomplishments:
I gained about 70lbs in my first four years of lifting. I began lifting 4 years ago when I was 17 and weighed in at 120lbs, I am now 21 and weigh about 190. When I was 20 and weighed in at 185lbs, I put up 350lbs on the bench press.

The second-rate stuff is so cheap, I go for the sleeve. Gotta be rich to dip cope. The cheap stuff'll get you cancer for a fraction of the price! Stay strong, bro. al
Shiii, I could say the same. Looking big & ripped. You've got some kind of zombie-look going on in your current profile pic. Awesome1 Keep doing what your doing, bro! al
No offense meant on the zombie comment…with your MUSCULAR build, you should be happy and smiling ;)
Do you wrestle for a college/university now? On your own? You DO look VERY STRONG! Best of luck to ya.
Been there with the labrum, grap. Looking outrageously well-proportioned. Get specific PT directions from your orthopedist! Please! I wasted a lot of time doing ineffective PT without them. Heal fast, al
