I want to lose about 30 pounds of fat and gain lean muscle mass.
Goal (Long):
Ive been fat for as long as I can remember and I'm fed up with it. My life is not half as great as it could be because my weight holds me back from doing so many things that I'd like to do. I want to shed all this fat and bring the person I am on the inside to the outside. I feel like I finally have the drive and detemination that it takes to lose the weight and get into shape.
Today was my first real workout. I had been working out throught the past week but hadnt been giving it all my energy. Well I'm sitting here, barely able to type this message because of the post-workout soreness I'm already feeling. It feels damn good too :). Ive still been slacking on the...
Keeping it up. I've been trying but I've been hit with a whole bunch of sickness, all kinds, plus a fire at work. I'm coming out okay though. I'm still not doing the best weight wise but I can tell I've gained a lot of muscle too so 'sall good. Give me an update on how you're doing.
I've tried to maintain, but most of my energy lately has been devoted to work and my bro's wedding,and of course Christmas. After this week I'm done with it all and I can go full force.
G'day Anthony, good to see you here. Just keep plugging away consistently and you can make pretty much any change you want to your body as fast or as slow as you want.
It's not a race, you don't have to compare yourself to anybody else, and the good thing is your confidence improves all the time.
