Every morning I begin with at LEAST 30 minutes of cardio. After work I do my weight lifting routine for the day. I have gymnastics class twice a week and hip hop dance class once a week. I take 1 day off a week generally from the gym; however, I tend to spend that day off wakeboarding.
My training is going well, feeling strong again after loosing 20lbs has been sweet relief. I didn't think you dad was actually racing? But, since you say he is, do you know where? I probably wouldn't be able to go see, but it would be cool to know where, and maybe catch something on the news.
I'm sure you'll catch on to this whole thing very quickly :) I think I know a little about who you and your father are, seeing as Shane and I work together ;)
I'll admit, as a guy I certainly don't mind the figure aspect of fitness, but yes, the routines are awesome. One of my favorite fitness competitors, simply for the over-the-top energy routines she does is Tanji Johnson. Love that energy, makes you want to get moving ;)
