Shed the extra padding and expose the tone and muscle that is really under there!
Goal (Long):
Been exercising for years. Love to strength train and all that fab cardio. It just isn't obvious to the casual observer! So that's want I want to do, lose 10-15lbs of fat. I want to admire my shoulders without the dumbbell in my hands!
What is your favorite cardiovascular exercise? Why?
Elipical is the easiest and most convienent. I want to jog more, but the treadmill is darn boring- rather do it on the pavement.

What is your cardio exercise plan?
I have a goal to do 5 days a week of cardio, sometimes it works, sometimes not. I try to complete 2 45/60 minute sessions for endurance each week. And 2 interval cardio sessions as well.
I feel really good about myself today! I had a great week, and followed through on all my workouts! Even when life's unexpected incidents came up, I still fit in the workout. Today is the first day in 7 days I have not worked out. It's Sunday and I am never really consistent on Sundays-...

Thank you so much for such a nice compliment. I DO want to improve and am trying hard. I just need to be smarter about it - more educated and knowledgeable. I took a mix of Tylenol and Advil and I am definitely feeling better. Thank you :)
