5lbs down and room for improvement
This is the beginning- 1 month since delivering baby girl, 20lbs from pre-pregnancy weight.

How many days per week do you do cardio?
What is your favorite cardiovascular exercise? Why?
Elipical is the easiest and most convienent. I want to jog more, but the treadmill is darn boring- rather do it on the pavement.
What is your cardio exercise plan?
I have a goal to do 5 days a week of cardio, sometimes it works, sometimes not. I try to complete 2 45/60 minute sessions for endurance each week. And 2 interval cardio sessions as well.

I know that I am not doing EVERYTHING that I could. I have an attitude about eating too clean- the wrong attitude obviously. But I have cut back on the junk with 1 treat a day and getting some fruit and veggies at lunch and dinner. I've been working out at least 5 days a week with 2 days...

Reason: Not comfortable going this way yet. Ingesting forgien substances into the body is a bit scary...

Sorry that you are feeling sick. I hate when that happens and it throws off your routine. I was going to go to the gym last night, but instead, a tornado decided to go over my house and knock the power out for 5 hours!

Tri-Cities are abuot 3 hours fro Chehalis, which is on the other side of the pass. I'm Heading to Ellensberg this weekend to visit a buddy thats going to college. Gonna try to get him into the gym.:)
