What is your favorite cardiovascular exercise? Why?
Elipical is the easiest and most convienent. I want to jog more, but the treadmill is darn boring- rather do it on the pavement.

What is your cardio exercise plan?
I have a goal to do 5 days a week of cardio, sometimes it works, sometimes not. I try to complete 2 45/60 minute sessions for endurance each week. And 2 interval cardio sessions as well.
Weather is yucky outside, and I have to stay home! Need to create a good plan for the winter. I have been slacking because I can blame the elements, but really its me... I have 8,10,15,20 lb dumbbells and a resistance band. Think i will go search bodybuilding for good ideas, cause my...
The foundation of any success body transformation program is built on nutrition and eating frequent small, hi protein, lo carb, lo fat meals. Then comes weightlifting and finally cardio. Sorry that you are feeling sick. I hate when that happens and it throws off your routine. I was going to go to the gym last night, but instead, a tornado decided to go over my house and knock the power out for 5 hours!
Tri-Cities are abuot 3 hours fro Chehalis, which is on the other side of the pass. I'm Heading to Ellensberg this weekend to visit a buddy thats going to college. Gonna try to get him into the gym.:)
