My Workout Program

Monday & Thursday- upperbody 3 sets 10-12 reps
single arm row - 20lb
chest press - 15lb dumbbells
arnold shoulder press - 10lb dumbbells
bicep curls- 12lb dumbbells
skull crushers - 10lb dumbbells
knee push-ups single arm on medicine ball

Tuesday & Friday- lower body 3 sets 10-20 reps
squat with medicine ball toss
deadlifts - 10lb dumbbells
lunge with ab twist 8lb medicine ball
single leg extensions
curtsy squat
rotating Pilate and ball ab exercises

Cardio 5 days/week
after strength training- recumbant bike, 40min

jogging when weather permits
