GrandmaSue Mon-today was leg day. My legs feel like jello-leg lunges w/50lbs 200 of them./leg/curls/squats/butt busters/dead lifts/jump squats/and more

Cintron well I can't swim and I hate to run and forget about bike riding. You have to remember I had cochlear ear implant surgery I can't have it on when I train so I am in total silence. Sep 13, 2012 5:37am
