Abs and obliques are a bit stronger and more defined. Noticeable improvement in back muscles too, but I don't have older pictures to compare the new one to.
Gain balance, speed, flexibility, and strength for martial arts training.
Goal (Long):
My specific goals are to improve my digestion, endurance, both cardiovascular and muscular, and strengthen my grip.
Some day, before I die, I'd like to be able to do a one finger handstand. So far I can do a one handed handstand for over 10 seconds and can do fingertip pushups with all knuckles bent, none of them locked out.

Workout consists of 3 different sections, stretching, workout, and katas. Katas are the lists of attacks and form for my martial arts workout, that info will not be shared here.

Hips - With hands on hips, push hips left and then right, while keeping feet in place.
