How I Started:
After football practice in highschool. My workout changed to isometric only in college.
Why I Love It:
It helps keep me alert, awake, and happy when I stick with my workout routine.
How I Stay Motivated:
If I go longer than 4 weeks without working out, I get heart murmurs. It acts as a reminder to me that I need to take care of this body.
BB Accomplishments:
I first got a six pack sophomore year in highschool. I did my first one handed handstand in college.

Abs and obliques are a bit stronger and more defined. Noticeable improvement in back muscles too, but I don't have older pictures to compare the new one to.

Goal (Long):
My specific goals are to improve my digestion, endurance, both cardiovascular and muscular, and strengthen my grip.
Some day, before I die, I'd like to be able to do a one finger handstand. So far I can do a one handed handstand for over 10 seconds and can do fingertip pushups with all knuckles bent, none of them locked out.
