What should look for in a gym? What should you avoid?
an atmousphere that suits u. Gyms that are too gushy tend to for some reason take males longer to attain certain goals, Gyms that are too rugged tend to deter women... whar r u looking for?
So heres the deal when iwork out i like to work opposite body parts at the same time: like Biceps & Triceps, Chest & Back. But for some reason some one told me that th's the "wrong" way to work out, he didn't say why. Can anybody can give me plausible reson as to why?
ok how much muscle do you want to gain? ya look pretty good so far. thanks for stoppin by my site. drop me a line next time you visit
have a great weekend
You are very welcome...that's what I'm here for....I have to push you like I have a few bros pushing me till I almost break and build up even stronger.
Today is a good day to pick up some weights and use them... I expect to get a note from you today that says you picked them up and a few of your muscle groups are in serious pain because they have been used and are growing.
Balance is key, but there has to be a great deal of strength and endurance in the upper body. Some of the gains I've made I have to attribute to training to do these push-ups.
Thank you my brother for your kind words. Just remember that it is not race, no dought you will get there in my mind, you have the time and it is on your side.
