I began lifting weights for football. I currently compete in powerlifting and enjoy it!
Why I Love It:
I enjoy powerlifting because it is such a joy to know there is a set amount of weight waiting to be lifted. The joy of having the crowd cheer you on, getting set...lifting the weight...turning around and seeing the White lights that it was a good lift.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by faith and my love for the game!
BB Accomplishments:
Have won a few NASA meets in powerlifting.

If you go down with it.....
You better come up with it!!!!!
To bench 500, deadlift 600..then start all over with new goals
Goal (Long):
To bench 500 and pull 600 is a great goal for myself. Many have achieved this feat and I would like to join the many that have accomplished this feat. After the goal is attained, I move forward because in this game we all want to move on forward to conquer heavier weights to be lifted!Lift strong!
With the help of my Half-Evil team members I know the goals are to be achieved!

Training is good. Going to start a DC oriented style I came up with. I have a thread in the training section of the forvm about it. How's your training been treating ya?
Recently had walking pneumonia which put a hault on training for a week, but other than that been well Still plugging away at dieting down which is getting very old at this point, cant wait to eat something w flavor to it again.
Hi there, training is going awesome! Its a bit exhausting. I thought i was going to have an accident yesterday doing the bench presses, felt kinda weak for some reason. Good thing my trainer just added some more food to my diet :P
