After delivering baby boy #4 via c-section I was weighing at 187 lbs I dont ever want to look or feel like that ever AGAIN!
My husband 100% but I only half listened to him. I was willing to do the cardio but was against weights. After reading the body for life book I knew what he had been telling me along was the right way to do things. With his constant motivation and understanding I am now weight training and loving it~
Why I Love It:
I just really started using weights and the difference I see is unreal. I would see results with cardio, but not like I do with weights! I love the change and only want to keep making positive changes to me body!
How I Stay Motivated:
looking at before pictures, and knowing that when spring and summer come along in 2008 I will look the best I ever have. This time not only do I want to look good for my husband but more then ever I want it for me!!!
I want to be able to feel better and look better after my 12 week program! I would like to lose 10-12 pounds of fat!
Goal (Long):
Every since I had children I have wanted to look better then what I do. I would try for awhile but when results didnt show on the scale I was done. I would look at women in bathing suits who also have children and ask why, why cant I look like that! Well I can and I'm going to. By the summer of 2008 I want to enjoy wearing my bikini and I want to be able to enjoy my new body and health and be proud of myself for finally doing it!! I dont want to be the average girl anymore, I want to be the girl who is noticed!
